Alex Horley - Orlandelli is an Italian illustrator who does work both in Italy and the United States. Alex is known for fantasy art, science fiction, horror paintings and comic book art. He has worked on many projects for companies including Heavy Metal, Kaos Comics, DC Comics, Marvel Comics, Wizards of the Coast, Granata Press, Dark Horse, Dynamic Forces, Penthouse Comix, Image Comics, DC's Vertigo line, Acclaim Comics, Magic the Gathering and Harry Potter Collectible Card Games (CCG).
Alex's use of light, color and composition is truly wonderful. When you view Alex's early artwork you can see the influence of Frazetta and Bisley without a doubt. But Alex has developed a style of his own that will surely continue to be more and more well known in the Fantasy, Sci-fi and Comic industries.
